Access to Blue Ocean ATS is limited to U.S. broker-dealers registered with the SEC and members of at least one self-regulatory organization (SRO).
Non-broker-dealers may participate through a U.S. broker-dealer who is an approved Subscriber.
Retail investors, institutional investors, and foreign financial institutions can request access by engaging their preferred U.S. brokerage firm connected to Blue Ocean ATS.
