Who can subscribe to Blue Ocean ATS?

Only U.S. broker dealers may subscribe directly. All other investors must access through a broker dealer Subscriber.

Other parties must connect through a broker dealer Subscriber, including:

  • U.S. broker dealers who are not direct Subscribers

  • Non-U.S. broker dealers

  • Institutional investors

  • Retail investors

  • Foreign financial institutions
