Yes. IPOs are available on Blue Ocean ATS the same night they begin trading on their primary exchange.
Blue Ocean ATS supports trading of new IPOs once they have opened on their primary exchange. The security becomes available on Blue Ocean that same evening at 8:00 PM ET.
For example, if a company lists and begins trading at 11:00 AM ET on January 1, 2027, that IPO will be tradable on Blue Ocean ATS beginning 8:00 PM ET on January 1, 2027.
This policy gives global investors access to IPO names during Blue Ocean’s overnight trading session.
