Business Continuity Plan

Blue Ocean ATS maintains a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) designed to ensure operations can continue or recover quickly in the event of disruption.

BOATS conducts an annual review of all mission-critical systems and supporting processes. This review includes:

  1. Identification and backup of mission-critical systems.

  2. Assessment of financial and operational risks.

  3. Verification of system and telecommunications accessibility.

  4. Establishment of alternate communication channels among BOATS, subscribers, employees, regulators, and key business partners.

While BOATS does not operate a secondary recovery site, our BCP prioritizes resilience, operational transparency, and regulatory compliance.

No contingency plan can fully eliminate risk, but BOATS continuously tests and refines its BCP to address evolving conditions. Our policy is to protect employees, systems, and client access by restoring critical functions swiftly and securely.

In the event of a disruption, BOATS will evaluate the situation, coordinate recovery, and resume operations as quickly as possible. This includes incidents such as power outages, natural disasters, or facility failures that may impact normal business functions.

The plan is reviewed and updated regularly to reflect changes in our operations, industry standards, and risk assessments.
